Sky High Wilderness Ranch is a true Yukon experience! This “off the grid” lifestyle ranch is serviced by quaint outhouses, has limited cell service, NO WiFi and water is hauled up from downtown. Our cabins are warmed by wood stove, making for a cozy stay. We have gravity fed showers and our lights & appliances are all powered by propane.

Whether you choose to spend your days hiking the ridge, drinking coffee on the deck, or wandering down to the shore to chat with local fishermen (or try you own hand at it!), this cabin is the ultimate place to unwind in quiet seclusion.

What to Expect with "Off Grid" Living

Our ranch truly encompasses the wilderness lifestyle.  The Aurora Cabin is entirely off the grid, offering a rustic and cozy escape from the digital world:

  • Power & Light: Powered entirely by propane lighting and electric lanterns (no standard electricity).

  • Heating: Warmed by a traditional, cozy wood stove.

  • Kitchen: Fully self-contained and equipped with a propane cooking stove.

  • Facilities: Serviced by a quaint, clean outhouse (toilet) and shared gravity-fed showers on the property.

  • Connectivity: No WiFi and very limited cell service.

🧊 Important!  There is no refrigerator in the cabin. A cooler can be provided to keep your perishables fresh, but you must bring your own ice.

🛒 Groceries & Dining: We are located 30 minutes from the city and do not offer meal options at the ranch. Please purchase all your groceries in town before heading up to your self-catered accommodation.
